Our story
Rumi Title LLC was founded by Central Florida title professionals who'd spent decades inside the largest agencies in the state. We saw the same pattern again and again: technically clean closings that still left clients feeling like a file number.
So we built something smaller and sharper. Rumi pairs national-grade underwriters and ALTA Best Practices with a closing experience that's human, communicative, and refreshingly calm. Every file gets a named coordinator. Every party gets updates before they have to ask.
